Pohaku ho'oikaika is a game played usually by men to show strength, usually during makahiki.  In Nā'iwa, Moloka'i pōhaku pa'ani ho'oikaika is the name of the piko (center) of this site.  Nā'iwa, Moloka'i is the traditional site that hosted the makahiki games of this island.
